Other than the restaurant being cold (not their fault, heater was broken) it was a lovely experience. Miso soup was delicious. The pepper tuna was good but my husband didn't like the texture. Loved the crunchy bits on the seaweed salad. Jalapeño appetizer was good, but I'm not fond of heavy breading. Loved the Pandora roll! Also had monkey roll and California roll which was beautiful and tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful with ordering. Bistro itself was quaint. Overall it was an excellent experience. Added bonus that they were opened when many locations were closed today due to the weather conditions.
The food is always good hot and fresh. Service is always great especially Maggie great customer service, very helpful. The restaurant is always clean, table always clean. This is a great restaurant in gardner ks.
I'm always on the lookout for great Thai food and this place fills the bill. I like the eclectic menu and the fact that it is family owned. This seems to be a common theme with well run restaurants, as their living and their savings depend on repeat business and they don't have the big corporate safety net, just the goodwill between them and their customers. The service was quick, they made sure that I had everything extra that I needed and the food was superb! I'll be back, this place is a must stop.
Asian Moon is a family-owned Chinese restaurant which offers that as well as Japanese options (sushi and tempura hibachi entrees) too. The service is attentive (ask for Rino!) and the atmosphere is clean and cozy. We've already gone twice in 2 weeks!

Gochisousama deshita. A wonderful meal with great family and friends. It has been many years since I've had a meal in Kansas and the last time I was here, sushi was not on the scene. Asian Moon Bistro is a great addition to the local food scene. This outing found us with a handful of appetizers (edamame, gyoza, crab rangoon) and several rolls (spicy tuna,salmon roll, eel & avocado, shrimp tempura, and 2022); all were tasty and fresh. The restaurant itself was clean and nicely decorated. Our server (my bad for not catching her name) was prompt and conscientious; water glasses stayed full and empty plates were cleared in a timely manner. Definitely worth a return visit before I head home.
We had a lovely Friday night here. I enjoyed the Dragon and the Phoenix. It is a nice mix of General Taos and vegetables and shrimp. The taste is excellent. The Crab Rangoon was excellent. H had a nice sushi roll and T had the habachi shrimp. It was all very good. Our waiter was extraordinary. He was upbeat and attentive. The restaurant is lovely. It is bigger than cozy, but smaller than lost in a crowd. A great way to start the weekend.
